Neste projeto comercial de 60m² – para a sede de Tramandaí do escritório Machado e Mallmann Advogados – a inspiração em uma arquitetura industrial contemporânea remete a inconfundível essência da empresa, refletida no lema: coragem, criatividade e justiça.

O desafio de acomodar 6 ambientes de forma que melhorassem a funcionalidade e o conforto do escritório se uniu ao desejo de representar o estilo dos proprietários. Com materiais rústicos, tons amadeirados e cimento queimado o escritório tem um caráter sofisticado, jovem e despojado.

As texturas, aromas e visuais espalhados pelo projeto tornam o local um ambiente prazeroso e aconchegante. Onde o tempo passa calmamente e os dias são mais produtivos. A mescla dos materiais reflete capacidade de receber os mais diferentes públicos, e isso se torna essencial pelas diferentes áreas de atuação do escritório, refletindo no melhor atendimento e conexão com os clientes.
