Within the same line of investments, another industry of the segment has equally invested in new technologies aimed at
ensuring the sustainability of the supply chain, promoting programs for simplifying the productive activities, whilst spread-

In January, the company launched its own Grower Portal and the application (APP), which is available at platforms iOS,
Android and Windows Phone. The mechanisms direct the technical guidelines, give publicity to innovations at field level and
promote global programs of the brand. They also present an exclusive area for relationship with the integrated farmers, who
can check their balance, tobacco and farm input prices, among other functionalities. The big differential lies in the application,
which, once synchronized, makes it possible for the farmer to access information at any place, even without access to the in-
ternet. When the device is connected again, it receives the updates of the company.
